Super rude. He did provide a good quote but the attitude is very bad. Later I learned he didnt do what I asked. So I The whole thing was a waste. He could charge more and do a better job as I mentioned to him. He said hes done with it and hung up the call. He said if my tenant on the wheelchair did not think hes done a good job can get up and do it himself. That tenant wasnt the only one who said the job wasnt done well. They sent me pictures.

These guys are top of the line in what they do. They have done many projects for me in the past years. They are very thorough, reliable, punctual, efficient, communitive, and truly affordable. I refer Tom and Nikki to anyone who asks.

Went above and beyond all setbacks not due to anything they did. There were several pre-existing issues. Did a great job and got the job done.

I cannot express in words my gratitude for people like Tom and Nikki existing. I have high expectations and visions and standards. Itâ  s rare to meet people that not only meet these, but exceed them. Tom and Nikki are thoughtful, they think like me & see what I see. Their organization is like mine (ocd!) In running a successful airbnb- this is extremely rare and absolutely priceless. I have been in the fashion and design industry for 20 yearts- I have an eye for detail. And they not only get it, they top it. Tom is brilliant and has vast knowledge of all things house & repair-related. From maintenance, repair work, landscape design, cleaning, pool and spa care (my pool & cedar spa have never been as healthy & sparkling,) to design, elevated communication and thoughtfulness behind their decisions and workâ ¦theyâ  re a life-changing team. They show up and exceed my expectations time after time. They save the day. I feel safe and comforted knowing that they care the way that I do. That the effort they put into their work is above and beyond. Additionally, they are exceptionally kind, respectful, caring, and professional.
