Edward and Kevin were very prompt. They both were very friendly and professional and did all that we needed done in a timely manner. I would absolutely hire then in the future, I will have no reservations about referring then to anyone! The ceiling painting was absolutely drop free and looks great.

They didn't show up and they took advantage of me .they pushed me to pay them before not finishing jobs in the bedroom. I think they ripped off on me. Maybe I am deaf. Even didn't pick the junks up outside.

I had a hot water heater needing replacement and the floor under it repaired. The hot water heater I purchased was larger in diameter than the original. Edward and Kevin gave me options on how to proceed and asked for my approval before adjustments were made to get the new heater to fit in the existing space. They did a great job and did great clean up. They both have earned my trust and I will use them for future projects as the need arises. I highly recommend this business. Fair pricing, timely and professional and pleasant to deal with.

These people are liars and a rip off. Edward and Kevin make you feel like they are sincere and willing to help them they take your money and leave. For example they came to my house to fix my washer and told me they charge 75 to come and 75 am hour. They were at my house from 120pm to 150pm and I gave them a check for 150.00 and my washer was not fixed.. and Edward say to felt bad for me and he was a good christain man that want to give me a washer for free. He never showed up he continued to make me feel like he was coming by changing times but he was blowing me off. I over paid and was lied to the fact that he used god and told me he was an ordained minister.. I mean this guys a real piece of work. Please everyone do not use their services.

"I am sorry that you feel the way you do. We were called out to work on washer and fix it. We put two job on hold to come out to your house since you had two kids. We found the motor was burnt and lock up on your washing machine. You told us the washing machine was 15 yrs old and there was not much we could do with it. You gave us a five star review and then changed it. We are not miracle workers and cannot please everyone and there is only so much we can do."

Snowplow truck damaged my mailbox and support bracket. Maintenance R Us was incredibly quick in their response and were able to replace the mailbox the same day. Unfortunately, they couldn't find the same replacement support bracket and had to reuse the damaged one. They made it work and also alerted me to the fact that one of the threaded bolts set into the granite post was loose. They did their best given the circumstances and I remain hopeful that the support bracket bolt remains in place.

My refrigerator went down in the early morning. I contacted them and within 20 minutes received a phone call, and within an hour had someone here to look at it. He worked with me to try and save me as much money as possible, and was very knowledgeable and friendly. The fix worked like a charm. Iâll definitely be using them in the future for our home repair and maintenance needs.

When Edward came by to evaluate the issue, I ended up having to give him a $150.00 check before he left and he did not tell me that upfront. $75 was for travel and $75 was for the surveying of the issue. He came from Portland and it doesnâ t cost $75 to travel to the next town over, and the website said free estimates. Edward said that he would stop by on Monday to do the work and then he never showed up. I was getting no calls and no shows from him so I had to reach out to him multiple times. He said that he was in a car accident and then had the flu, but no communication is not good customer service. If he had the flu for 3 weeks as he said he did then there wouldnâ t be other reviews posted from people in that time frame in which work was done by him. I requested my money back and I still havenâ t received it yet.

Dissatisfied with their expertise and trying to analyze what was wrong with the range. They opened the door and looked at it and that was it. They didn't attempt any repair. They were friendly, nice, and apologized for being late.

"Edward called consumer and went to the house to work on the oven, per the service request, the oven wouldn't turn on, when the came to the house to work on the oven, he plugged in the oven and told consumer that the oven door is bent that he could either find a door to replace the bent oven door or go get a cheap one for now. According to SP, the consumer was fine with that."

This is the second project they have done for me recently. The first an emergency plumbing repair was so well done I hired them to upgrade the electrical system flaws in my 75 year old house. There were plenty of them. As usual they arrived right on time and worked through the entire day doing battle with brittle old wiring and repairing previous amateur attempts at various installs. At the end of the day all the old outlets and switches had been properly replaced, various dangerous conditions remedied and new boxes and receptacles added. Just exactly as I had requested. What a difference! I am so very happy to recommend these gentlemen. They are skilled in so many areas of home maintenance. My first choice for any problem is them!
