We had a shower and bathtub area tiled. Sadly, it was frustrating working with his hours. He was usually late arriving and would leave early to take family members somewhere. The job was completed a week later than originally quoted. The work done was fair, but very little clean up was done. If you can put up with all these areas of concern, hire this company.

I have had previous projects done by licensed and non-licensed contractors. I appreciate and am extremely satisfied with the work done by Marcos from Maintenance Relief LLC. He came to do the work in a timely manner and was very thorough with all maintenance work that was needed. He accomodated and worked with me in a very professional manner. I would not hesitate for future work to call and have him come back and do other projects around my house. Thank you, Marcos.

quick and timely response to request an appointment to look at and quote the projects needed. repaired a ceramic soap dish in a shower that had fallen off the wall, quoted a price for installing a brag shelf in a bedroom and hunted and priced materials for the job, installed a support shelf for a closet shelf, quoted and installed a kitchen window sill that the wood was already purchased and stained. overall was able to meet time deadline.
