Short answer: poor communication and no one showed up to the appointment. Poor service, would not recommend to anyone. longer answer: My AC had stopped working so I had called this company to try and get it fixed, I couldnâ t meet with anyone the day it broke so i had asked to see if there was a time the following day , I was told that someone would contact me and schedule an appointment. I got a call that afternoon about scheduling an appointment, I was told that they would be able to come between 8-10. I gave my information and according to my call long I didnâ t talk to anyone after that. I got two confirmation emails about the appointment. The next day rolls around and itâ s around 8:10 ish and I call to give my gate code ( since I forgot to give it during the last call) realized They didn'tâ open until 9:00 that day so left a message and waited. called and gave my gate code and asked if there was an eta on their arrival. the person I talked with said they would ask for the repair person to call me with an eta. I waited Until around 10:20 and then called again since I had not gotten a response from anyone. Another person answered and I had to give all of my information over again ( had to do this about 6 times wiry different people). they tried to reach out again to a technician and said someone would contact me soon. 10:40 rolls around and no response, needless to say no one could help me since they couldnâ t get in contact with any technician and couldnâ t tell me what was going on. I called a different service and canceled this company since there was such a lack of communication. About 4-5 hr later another person calls me from this company ( the person I had scheduled with yesterday had a different number from the website number for some reason) and told me that I had called her again and canceled yesterday because no one would be able to come ,( my call long only shows one call where I actually reached her and we just talked about scheduling) there was no cancellation email or text saying the appointment had been canceled , no one during the morning mentioned that the appointment might have been canceled so I was unaware that that was ever a possibility, and I has no recollection of even talking about that. The worst part is that Diana made me feel like it was all my fault and I should have been aware of this the whole time. I felt very upset and it seemed like she was blaming me for her mistake. We hung up , and a few minutes later she had the gall to ask if I wanted to reschedule, after the poor service and lack of communication. Needless to say if I could I would rate this zero stars but I canâ t, the only positive was a few of the people I talked to in the morning seemed to want to try and help me, the rest made me feel like I was bothering them

showed Up with wrong materials. Left job site in a huge mess took none of there trash with them.

I am a General Contractor in this area and have been using Sean McKinney as my licensed HVAC Sub - Contractor for anything HVAC related for about eight years now. What I really like about Sean is that he will answer his phone promptly and makes himself available quickly with a fully loaded service truck. He has performed all the work handed to him successfully, and I will continue to use his licensed and professional HVAC services.

Maintenance Unlimited Heating & amp; Cooling was very punctual. Darrell gave me great service and explained everything to me about my HVAC system as far as the problems I was having with my HVAC system and he provided me with a workable solution to remedy the problem. Pricing was extremely fair and competitive. I highly recommend Maintenance Unlimited Heating & amp; Cooling.

Darrell didn't do what he said and caused a leak which went through our ceiling and even down to the first floor. Then I couldn't get them to return my calls. They seemed so nice but screwed this lady!

Sean did a great job of quickly diagnosing and repairing the problem, but his price was out of line. He replaced a capacitor, which is only a $15-20 part but charged me $185 to install it. I've replaced this part myself and it's a 5-minute job--you unplug the old one and plug in the new one. This was in addition to a $65 service call, so I was charged over $250 for a very simple repair of a cheap part. I tried to discuss this with him, but he insisted it was a flat rate. Additionally, he didn't tell me there were any charges for the install beyond the service fee until after he had done the work. I wasn't happy.

Sean was very professional, explained everything, and got our AC working in no time. I must note, however, that this was only a week ago. I can't really fully recommend someone until a few months have passed.

Before I could finish my e-mail he was calling. Very professional. Did a great job in a timely manner. Willl use him again.

Maintenance Unlimited came out on short notice to address to fix some lose duct work in my crawl space. The problem was creating a draft in my main living area. Needless to say I was expecting to get raked over the coals but that was not the case. They were quick professional and fit well within our family's budget. I would use them again anytime.

Answered call immediatly. Was on time for the appointment. Very professional. I got the feeling he could be trusted, so I took hia advice about what needed to be done. I would recommend him to anyone that needs his service.
