"Vern, Maise Management signed up with you guys as you requested to perform installation on handicap accessible equipment. The very first work order, which by the way was the only order we accepted due to nonpayment, was completed in the time frame promised to your company. My office manager and I stayed in contact regarding our payment which was way past the deadline promised. When we were finally told the check was mailed after several weeks of not receiving it, we demanded another form of payment. The payment made by credit card was with fees deducted of cancelled checks, processing fees, etc. The credit card payment you are speaking of was"

We also had given you a 50% discount for several hours of work completed. There were days of work added on throughout our time there and our workers were asked to perform tasks without charging for them.
