Each employee I spoke to were genuinely kind informative and considerate. I knew from first talking I knew I mad3 the right. choice.

Technician didn't turn up for a Friday appointment nor did company communicate that they wouldn't be coming. The technician came out the following Monday. He was both professional and personable. Not his fault, but the company charged $600 for something that took 6- 8 minutes to fix. Hardware was ~$50 of that amount. So $550 to come out and work for 8 mins at most. I will never use Maitz again. Complete rip-off.

We were walked through the products and installation as well as the benefits of a heat pump. The install was done in one day. Very quick and efficient. We've had the units running for about a month and they are awesome. We're very happy with our decision.

The man who came to do the estimate was knowledgable and a really nice guy. When he worked up the estimate it was high so he asked us for a number we would be comfortable with, between himself and his manager they came back with a good number. Not cheap by any means but the equipment and installation comes with a 6 year guarantee, which is hard to find today. Installation was scheduled for 3 days later, also hard to find these days. The installers were there on time with everything they needed to do the job. Every man knew what he needed to do yet there was one man leading the team. They covered all the floors in the areas they were working and wore booties to keep everything clean. Everything was installed straight and level. In the end there was some spackling needed to be done because of a stud in the way where they tried to put a hole. Customer service followed up with an email questionnaire which I filled out with some of my concerns about the installation. They got back to me by phone and apologized for any inconvenience. They are sending me $100 for my time, materials and hassel of having to fix their little bo bo. A great company and I have recommended them to family.

Due to no fault if their own Maitz Home Services attempted to install a new Lennox forced air heating system in my home, but the unit did not work properly and another brand had to be installed in it's place. Now my home is comfortably warm and comfortable.

Very competent technician. Scheduled for 9 am, but the truck just drove past my house and returned at 2 pm. Super expensive.
