I called Shawn to schedule a repair for my kitchenaid refrigerator, the water dispenser was not dispensing water, he was responsive and showed up when he said he would. Super professional and very fair price even though I think the refrigerator has a defect and still makes a noise when getting water, but Shawn was honest and did a good job on replacing valve, I will recommend him to anyone needing allliances repair.

Today I contacted Majestic Appliance Repair to repair my dryer. I spoke with Sean, and he dispatched a wonderful technician who was at my home within an hour! The technician was professional, knowledgeable, worked in a neat manner and was simply lovely. He fixed the issue in a speedy manner and the charge was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company! I know that I will turn to them for future appliance repairs!

Highly recommended. Shawn goes out of his way to help. He came to our home the day we called, even though it was after his work day. The problem was quickly diagnosed and the proper part was ordered. Shawn came the day the part was received, again after normal hours. He followed up by phone the next day to ensure we were still good. We are!
