We sent in our cream shag carpet to be cleaned. They offered us a more competitive price and the carpet came back smelling great and so clean and fresh! The only reason I give them 4/5 stars is because the first time the carpet came back, it was still damp and we had a few stains on the bottom from the dirt being 'pushed through' in the cleaning process. They were great though, took the rug with them, re-cleaned it, and brought it back in perfect condition. I'm so happy with these guys and their great customer service- something hard to find these days! ;-)

Leonard (the carpet cleaner), was OUTSTANDING. Lynette was very professional over the phone and followed up with a courtesy call as well.
