Over priced, customer service skills need improvement.

He installed a new sump pump in our home. He improved what was there and made it more accessible for a future replacement. His job was impeccable. He even helped me with the electrical part that needed fixing. The electrician he recommended was very knowledgeable. It was a great experience and I truly recommend his workmanship. The price for the job was much less than others I had called before.

He did a superb job making sure that he got the job complete. He stayed until 1 am to make sure my plumbing problem was fixed

Installed a new sump pump. They made sure the job was done correctly, and removed a lot of build up and rocks that had accumulated over time. The installer made me aware of what was going on throughout the process, and the price was fair.

If you have a clogged drain, this is the person to call. I had a clogged drain, lined up majestic first thing in the morning, and they came promptly to fix the issue. Would definitely work with them again.

The price was a bit much for 30 minutes of work. Snaked out the master bedroom drain and told me what to do to keep it running the future, took almost 30 years to get this point.

Nisham from Majestic Drain Solution was very accommodating, very, very nice person and did the great job with our sump pump. He was very honest to let us know that, our sump pump is working good,.. he did fixed the problem and we were very happy about it and so nice not to charge us anything. He went out of his way to stop by and looked at our sump pump that we thought wasn't working properly and he explained things very well to us and we will call him if we have any problem with it again. We highly recommend this company for Plumbing and whatever he can able to do. Nisham was great to work with.

He is very professional and experienced. We didn't maintain the sump pump nicely, it gave him hard time to remove all the mud. He removed all the mud, cleaned the pipe and replaced the old sump pump with new one. On his way out, he learned we also need fix one of toilets. Within 15 minutes, our toilet was fixed! Much appreciate his good quality work. It was pleasant experience. Highly recommend their service.
