Majestic Fences & Decks

This person was supposed to do this work by memorial day, they have not. They have drilled 18 holes and have not completed the fence. We can not get a hold of them, we've sent them certified letters and we're fixing to turn it over to the police.

This has been the worst experience ever! Poor communication, terrible work quality! I would NEVER allow these people to do anything for me ever again! They didn't complete the work and the work that was done is unsafe and not what was agreed upon! Phone numbers are disconnected and no one has attempted to reach me!!! NEVER NEVER let Philip Henry near your property!!!!! THEY SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM YOUR WEBSITE!!!! I have filed a complain with the Better Business Bureau about this company.

Rarely returned calls-Late start and finsh date-dug holes too shallow for an 8ft fence, most professionals recommend 1/3 of the height, holes were dug for a 6ft fence- gates are hard to open and close, overlaps at the top and has large gap at the bottom- wood splitting in areas, when I pointed this out they said," wood splits nothing can be done"- they are confused when it comes to ring shanked vs screw shank nails- many verbal promises broken, get all in writing in preporation for small claims court. PROs: Fence "looks" nice. Quick to take your money, always apologetic CONs: Require constant homeowner supervision, always apologetic

Deck looks great so that work was good, but the process and follow up by Majestic was lacking enough that I couldn't recommend. I had three other families that were looking for decks this summer as well so it's unfortunate. In the end I'm happy with the deck construction.

I think the crew of guys that came out to do the work on our deck were the best ever. They were very polite, clean and nice group to work with. We have already given out this companies info to several of our friends. I can't wait for the rain to stop so they can finish the stain on our deck. Thanks for everything

The project started off on a very positive note and construction proceed as planned until the last two weeks. Mr. Phillip Henry, Project Coordinator and Sale Manager, has stopped talking to us and will not return repeated phone call to try and bring this project to a closure. Majestice Fences and Deck has received advance payment on the project totaling over $11K. We have notified Mr. Henry that he has 24 hours from today to contact us and establish a time frame for completion or we will have to take alternative actions to solve this problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The sales associate for Majestic did a fantastic job of convincing us of the quality and commitment to customer satisfaction that we decided that on his word and with their recommendations on Service Magic, that they would do an excellent job for us. Sadly, that has not been the case for us. A deck project that was initially quoted as one to two weeks at the maximum spanned out to over seven weeks in total. Communication was excellent at the beginning, but is now non-existent with work unfinished and in breech of contract.

Majestic Fences and decks did a wonderful job on our wood fence project. Our main concern was professionalism,affordability and a beautiful fence and we got it all! We set up an appointment for an estimate and were blown away with a presentation of what is included, how the work would be completed and when. I can honestly say this company is great, and pay attention to details. I have gotten so many compliments on my fence and I love looking out into my now fenced in yard. I am very happy with the work Majestic did and would recommend to anyone looking to have a beautiful fence.

Overall I was very satisfied with my fence. Rain caused a delay in the construction so was a little longer than promised.

Prices are set at affordable and fair ranges, amount down and final payment were as agreed with no surprise last minute charges. Work was done quickly and with quality product. All workers were friendly and polite at all times. This company was the only one that I contacted that actually did as they said they would, when they would. Great Job Guys! Thank you. The Fence looks great and the dogs are safely inside with no way out, just as I had ask for.

There was rain, and snow and some scheduling difficulties, but the finished product is what I wanted and expected it to be. We had a small addition to our wood fence with two gates. A more polite service I doubt you'll find. I do recommend this professional because after the walk through, there were no questions asked and anything I wasn't satisfied with was brought up to my expectations. I am glad it all worked out.

.The end result was awesome! The time it took was much longer than estimated. The communication was bad. Also during this period the porch and surrounding area was cluttered. We will have to replace our outdoor carpet. This is because of the mud and stain they got on it. Unlike their competitors Majestic fence and deck. Recommended lots of designs and had other ideas. This we found very useful. They also got rid of stuff that needed to be disposed of for the project to be completed. There competitors would not do this. They did all this for pricing lower than all the rest. When all said and done we are very happy with the end result
