Majestyk Construction Company, Inc. has been a Florida-licensed company since 2002. James (Sam) Rowland, our president, has been a Florida resident since 1981. He has had over 16 years of commercial and residential construction experience. In 1989, Sam became a Florida-licensed building contractor and assumed an upper level management position with Home Renewal, Inc., a company specializing in home remodeling and disaster restoration. Since that time, Sam has acted as the general manager of a very successful screen enclosure company in the Orlando area and as field manager for a commercial contractor specializing in the construction of fast food restaurants for franchises such as Kentucky Fried Chicken, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut. Majestyk Construction specializes in building custom homes valued between $200,000 and $800,000 and has a flawless reputation in the Central Florida area. Because Sam saw the significant need to provide quality metal roofing for his custom home and other clients, he became a Florida-licensed roofing contractor in 2005 and launched the Metal Roofing Division of Majestyk Construction Company, Inc. We maintain the highest standards of project management and workmanship. We staff our projects with a supervisor and a team of the most experienced metal roof installers anywhere. We specialize in lifetime metal roofs! * Our steel roof sytems cannot be installed on flat roofs - must have wood decking and pitch. *Concerning Mobile Homes: Only double-wide mobile homes with wood decking apply; we do not install metal roofing on single-wide mobile homes. *Concerning Patio, Porches and Patio Enclosures: Our company does not install over patios, patio enclosures, etc. Our steel roof systems can only be installed on roofs with wood decking and pitch of 3:12 or greater.
