Majic Cleaning

This outfit ruined my upstairs floor. They said the crew is 4 people and it would take 4 hours to clean my entire home-2700 square feet. What a joke!!!! It was 2 people husband and wife. I had to roll up some vinyl and the man said I can lay the floor. A preschool child honestly could have done the job in the flooring. They were here 8 hours and then changed the quote from $160 to $485 they demanded I pay them and I am disabled. I was home alone and I was fearful! I paid them and had to stop payment on the check. The floor was pieced together and I have photos.

Do not hire them if you have hard wood floors. They left mine a mess. heavy water spots all over the floor. When I asked them to redo them they agreed but didn't show up. They also did not clean the ceiling fans and the glass shower doors.

She was far more concerned about getting paid than in what needed to be cleaned.

Initially I received wierd phone calls/text about the confirmed time. They showed up with the same carpet cleaner I have bought from the store. ...not an industrial one. Used my kitchen and water without asking initially and atreaked water through my house. Charged me an extra $20.00 to clean a walkway and then loaded up but upon me checking my carpet it was still completely dry and I had to run outside to get him. Very disappointed! Not what I expected when calling a carpet cleaner.

I will need further cleaning to get where the home needs to be and will have them back

Our house was sparkling clean - well worth the money!

I would hire him again. I think he should ask people if they want him to remove his shoes before entering their homes especially with all the snow that was on the ground, however, he was very pleasant and knew what he was doing.
