Major Construction, LLC

Good

Superlative customer service. Excellent results.

Dale was a pleasure to work with and solved every issue smoothly.

We hired Dale to run Cat6 cabling through our house so that we could upgrade our internet service. We'd originally called our ISP out to setup our service only to find out that our new house lacked the correct wiring for the service we'd bought -- who knew! Not only did he do a great job with the installation itself, he also worked with us (after being given relatively short notice), to come out and complete the project quickly so we could have internet before our move-in date. Our ISP had no problem setting up our internet once he'd installed the wiring.

Dale was patient and professional. He took his time to make sure everything was completed to satisfaction and also provided reasonable assurance of his work. Effective communication and timely responses. He took calls from me while out of town on vacation. A consummate professional and easy to talk to.

They did a great job. He was very helpful and responsive when discussing the project needs. Dale and his son were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.
