⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service — Highly Recommended! I cannot say enough good things about Major Improvements, with a special shoutout to Mr. Brown. My first experience with him was during an emergency in the middle of the night. He showed up when we needed him, stayed until around 2 AM to make sure the issue was addressed, and then returned the very next day to follow up. That level of dedication immediately earned my trust. Since then, I have repeatedly used his services, including having an entire HVAC system replaced, and I have had absolutely no complaints. Mr. Brown is dependable, knowledgeable, responsive, and takes pride in his work. On top of the excellent service, his pricing is extremely reasonable. Hands down, Major Improvements is one of the best in the industry. If you are looking for quality work, fair prices, and someone who actually stands behind their service, I highly recommend Mr. Brown and Major Improvements!

The AC went out late at night yesterday and Major Improvements came to through. He showed up quickly and the issue right away. Huge thanks for showing up that late. Highly recommend if you’re looking for AC services. Thanks bro
