Major Mold Remediation

They were very quick on the job site. We were in the process of selling a house, documentation was needed from them. I called every day for two weeks, no one answered, and no one returned my calls. I wasn't even given a receipt to prove they had even been there. We finally had to hire someone else to inspect the work they did.

Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone! Did a very poor job. I paid them when they were finished and they were to mail invoice and warranty info. I never received it and they have not returned my calls. They told me not to go into the attic for 2 days. When I did go into the attic I could tell they had sprayed and removed some of the mold but there was still considerable areas not fully treated. They only charged me $800 and said they treated the entire attic of my 3000 square feet home. I probably got my money's worth because now I'm certain it should have been a $3000 job. Which I would have paid to have had it done properly. I am taking action to get it done properly now. I am filing a complaint with the Indiana State Attorney Generals office. Not because they ripped me off but because of my concern for others. Especially elderly people who would take their word for it that the work was done, not be able to verify it themselves and possibly have future problems with mold when they thought it was taken care of!

Father and son team. Very fair prices. Did only what was necessary. Brought own equipment managed waste and cleaned up. Only here a few hours very efficient. Very thorough at explaining what needed to be done. Best part was they mitigated the mold, but also fixed our water issue, did the demo. Didnt have to hire multiple contractors.

I asked for a bone-colored toilet and shower. I got white. Little clean-up was performed. I thought mold removal was more extensive. All they did was remove the wall where the mold was. I never knew what was going on. Poor communication. The guys were nice, but I don't like the toilet. They also mangled my bathroom curtain rod because the toilet was taller than the old one.
