There were 3 workers that installed my window. Travis Wrinkle, Jogh Hall and Mack Templton. They were polite efficient and very willing to do a good job. Thanks to them and Majors

One of the windows were measured incorrectly and they fixed the problem. My windows look great. They did a great job.

The job site was left a mess every day with debris in front of the door. I asked the crew to please cut the shrubs back from the house so they could work and even provided tools, yet they chose to just stomp the bushes breaking them at the ground. There was no caulk applied and no two trim points matched. They even asked for payment in full before the job was completed. I paid top dollar for first class work and majors delivered third class at best. Do not hire them!

We called to have a window replaced. We were never pressured to buy any other windows. We had questions about hurricane window protection and our questions were answered without any pressure to purchase anything else. Once we dealt with the representative we did ask about a door that needed to be replaced and are now awaiting installation. They sent a second person to double check the measurements and we have been very impressed with every encounter we have had. I highly recommend this company.

OUTSTANDING! I hired Majors to replace windows and Bahama shutters. Their salesmen are very professional and knowledgeable a pleasure to sit down with over a cup of coffee and a plan to upgrade windows, doors etc. and not pushy trying to sway you to go with their company. Installers are very professional and ready for task and when they left my house it was cleaner then when they came. I had an issue with one of my shutters and Mike Majors came out within days of install to address the complaint. Hands down an A+ company.

The owner himself came out and did the measurement and his staff that did the work did an outstanding job and I definitely would use them again.

They're very awesome! They completed the job on time, everybody knew what they're doing. Seamless project. Very responsive to any questions. Everybody seems to be on the same page.

They are great!! I was impressed with how they handled the entire project from quote to finish. Great follow up, measured twice to make sure they were ordering the right windows, cleaned up, and I would definitely use them again.

The owner and salesman were very quick to point out that changing our minds on the install of the mini heat pump is what caused the issues we had, when actually lack of communication from them to us was the biggest factor in the issues we had. setting up the concrete pour was the worst of the process. the electricians from White Sands and the window installers were very professional and thorough. The salesman drew the door as in swinging instead of out swinging and mentioned after the fact that they don't normally order in swinging doors and never picked up the phone to discuss with us when he ordered the product. so we waited another 2 weeks for the door after the windows were installed. The production manager was great to deal with. the biggest down fall of this company is that they are used to doing things as a "cookie cutter" build and don't know how to handle differences in design or how to communicate the change issues. We expected them to be the experts and guide us thru the process, but this was not the case. we heard a lot of "yeah, but..." when we brought up the different issues to the owner and the salesman. We were not impressed. If you are looking for basic windows and door installs, and a basic design, then you should be ok with using them.

Every aspect of our contact with Majors was done professionally exactly as scheduled. So far we are very pleased with our window selection and installation.

Professional job

I decided to cancel the project, but not because of Majors. He actually helped me realize it may not be the best way to spend my money instead of trying to strong-arm me into purchasing his product. I appreciate that and feel he is a very honest man.

The guys that installed the windows were very efficient. They were friendly. When they finished they cleaned up so that we never knew they had been working here. They walked us through to be sure that we understood how the windows worked and to see if there was anything that they needed to redo. We have had many compliments on the windows and we have been very pleased.

My windows have been ordered, but not installed yet. The sales person was very polite and professional. I will tell you about the installation process after it happens and about the overall quality of the product.
