We had such a great experience with Mark and Mak Roofing. We had five roofers come give us quotes, and I immediately knew I wanted to work with Mark. Mark was prompt, honest with us about the work that needed to be done, and gave us a fair, competitive price. When they started the work, the crew showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Mark checked in daily to keep us up to date on progress and let us know what was coming next. He answered any and all questions we had. Our new roof is beautiful, and we could not be more pleased with the work. I cannot recommend Mark enough to anyone looking for roofing work to be done.

Our experience with Mak Roofing was superb. They treated us professionally and courteously throughout the process of roof replacement. The workers did a great job with the least disruption as possible to our lives. They also were courteous and respectful, and did a thorough cleanup. We are very happy with their service. First- Did not give a heads up when on the way. Second- this is a roofing company and they told me that they did not have a big enough ladder for my roof so they couldn’t give an estimate Third- after doing nothing wanted to charge me $150 Just cause someone has a big house doesn’t mean they have money to give, taking my hard earned money somewhere else. Very Unprofessional and Un prepared

Mr. Silva, we would like to apologize for the experience you had with your appointment. We attempted to reach out and make the situation right with you, but did not take our call. Unfortunately, you were given wrong information by our staff and procedures were not followed as we regularly practice. There is a method to get to the 2nd level of the roof using a regular ladder; however, having done so and using the access through your first floor would have caused damage to the clay tile because they can easily break; something we want to avoid. We do understand and agree there should have been more preparedness on our part and for that we are sorry. We have addressed the other concerns with our representative; there is no fee for the estimate and the representative should have sent you a notice of at least 20 minutes before arriving. We would be happy to return to your home and provide you with that free estimate if would like. It was certainly not our intention to upset you and want you to know that we work with all homeowners throughout El Paso area, regardless of their location and type of home they have. We are still here to assist you if you choose; just give us a call. We hope to hear from you.

Awesome! Quality work and the owner was always available to talk and explain the insurance process. Helped coordinate all the work. Besides my roof, new cieling, garage doors, and new porch was all quality. Highly recommend.

The owner was quick to respnd Examined the damage and a contract was prepared.A short time later,approximately 1 week.A team completed the repair. I did not inspect the work. The owner called the next day to inquire about the job completed and Needed anything else asked if I was satisfied with the job.Mak and his employees were very professional and courteous. I will call them again if necessary for other projects.

Mak Roofing did a great job on our roof. They were very informative of what they were going to do and completed the job on the exact time they said they would. We were very pleased thank you Mak Roofing. When they were done they took pictures of the roof to make sure we were satisfied.
