The price estimate was increased 15%. here were some obvious flaws in the concrete, the most significant being my front steps. Although Makaia promised to resolve the problem, they have not done so now after over a month. No communications. The job site was left a mess, with forms strewn about, wire mesh, some forms not removed, sprinklers broken and not repaired. Very disappointing for what began as a good project.

This guys extended my patio and it looks great. They gave me what I thought to be and still think to be an excellent price for there work. Although i'll admit to not doing a whole lot of shopping. There was some movement in the price and it did take longer than expected but they were very transparent as to what the reasons were and am still happy with the value and quality of the work.

They were not the lowest estimate, but did a lot more than the others quoted. For my sidewalk from the front of my house to the base of the steps from my deck he excavated, set forms, added gravel, compacted the soil, added rebar and used high strength concrete. Result looks very good.

The front of our walkway is amazing and the stamps that they used for our driveway are excellent. I recommend them to everyone. They are very professional, honest, reliable and they did great work. If there's any projects in the future we need done, we will be calling Makaia Masonry & Concrete, LLC.
