Be ware. Wants 1/2 payment up front. Shows up when he wants. Every thing had to be done again. Not a contractor handyman who leaves things in worse condition than when started. He owes me money on a project he started and abandoned. Will not return my messages. Josh Feltner claims to own this shit show of a business Edas.

Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring - Install
I did not want to do a review but I keep finding new stuff that was done. Floor trim keep popping up from the laminate, holes in the wall, trim around wall was removed but not put back the way it came off. The quarter round was pulled up from the floor and left with cracks. That is just the start. The actual floors look good but trimming was very poor with holes in the wall and now I found a piece of my furniture damaged from them moving it. I really hate this.

Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps- Install

Shoddy work. Cleaned out cement truck in backyard leaving a pile of cement. Worst cement job I have seen in 40 years of cement working. The concrete floor project is holding up the rest of the project. Damage was caused to the existing structure when concrete was poured. Concrete floor is unusable

Mister Feltner mislead me and made me believe he was a professional flooring man, when in fact he was not. When you contact any contractor on Angies list I would highly recommend you to check for history or ask for references.

Joshua attended to a multitude of projects ranging from building a Tool Shed, creating a sizeable concrete step off of our enclosed porch, repairing the brick mortar & paint within that enclosed porch, assembling and securing our dock furniture. We anticipate future cement sidewalk entry & mortar work for a small garden!
