Service was great. Showed up on time and stayed late but was unable to finish so came back the next morning to finish. Boiler now operates more efficiently.

Malachite Plumbing & Heating recently (Summer 2017) repaired Tank Less Water Heating System. Stephen Skelton diagnosed and replaced a faulty sensor. Repairs were completed efficiently and on a timely basis.

They replaced an old boiler connected to our radiant floor heating system. They upgraded the venting and wiring as needed for the boiler job and, unexpectedly, for the water heater in the same utility closet. The new unit, which we purchased at their recommendation, is reputed to be more energy efficient. They arrived when they said they would and left the work site clean and tidy. I wanted to write this review now because we are very happy with the professionalism and courtesy that we experienced. The "value for the money" rating is required and I would prefer to wait until I have experienced an entire winter with the new system before responding, but the workmanship was definitely worth the money and if the system is more energy efficient, then the whole job will have earned the 5 stars that it is rated here.

They came within an hour of my calling, explained what needed to be done thoroughly and took very little time to repair the boiler.

Will absolutely use them in the future. Kept us informed on the project and when they would be here. Professional and knowledgeable.

They did a great job. The bid was reasonable and the work performed was professional. I would recommend them to my friends and will use them again if I need any work done.

The two representatives, father and son, answered all questions, and put me at ease about some concerns I had about the quality of the installation. Will use their services in the future.

They have done 2 housecalls. They had to come a second time because they brought the incorrect part. They nver inquired about the namebrand of the unit before the first call. After the second call and the installation of the part, the hot water heater still did not work. We have since called another plumber who clearly knows the unit, asks questions and does not make unnecessary calls.

Had a water heater replaced. Everything went smoothly, the installers were courteous and professional. However, the installation did not meet city code requirements, and did not pass inspection. They had to come back (at additional cost to me) to complete the job. Costs exceeded original quote. Communication was a bit slow. Used quality parts and did a good job, despite problems, would use again.

I called this contractor to replace my garbage disposal. They were very professional, friendly fast and efficient. The completed the job and the new garbage disposal works like a charm. They are a little pricey but I would recommend.
