Would highly recommend

2yrs ago my furnace was acting up in Nov. so my oil delivery company diagnosed my 30 yr old furnace needs replacement. My son(20?s)was home alone. Mr. Brigman who is friend of the family and has serviced my old unit stated he would install a new one along with the a/c unit. It was kind of an emergency so we decided to use him. He installed a new furnace with the central a/c unit. When I came home afterwards I found it short cycling. He came back numerous times, changing the nozzles, and air filters. After I spoke to a Tech from the furnace company, Boyertown Furnace Co, it was determined that it was installed incorrectly (A/C unit directly on top of furnace). The manufacturer Tech stated the furnace is the correct size for my house. Mr. Brigman raised the A/C unit. He now states it is my ductwork but has done nothing to correct it. He has not resolved the issue. My wife and I have repeatedly called and texted Mr. Brigman but he does not return our calls or texts. Not good

Outstanding to find a tradesman with the required skill, ability, courtesey and promptness, to get the job done quickly and efficiently! Current boiler had sprung a leak and being close to twenty years old, I decided upon buying another. After recommendation by the manufacturer & boiler supplier, I asked Malaco to visit and give an estimate, Billy responded with a visit within two hours and gave an instant cost to replace. Actual installation took about four hours and there was no mess or detritus left behind at all. I'd give him ten stars for Customer Service if I could, THAT'S the way to build a reputable business!

Billy was awesome. He did a great job and did it competently and neatly. I was totally satisfied with the job and the price was very competitive.

Bill is fantastic!!! My AC wasn't working last night so went searching for an HVAC service as I am new to my area and didn't have a "guy". Well I do now! Read reviews here and sounded great. Called this am at 9 and he was at my house by 11:15. He had said around 11 so at 11:05 Bill called to say he was on his way and would be there in 10 minutes. Who doea that these days? Replaced my bad motor and didn't try to up sell anything. Very personable and pleasant to deal with. I'm almost reluctant to post here because I don't want Bill to be too busy next time I call, but he deserves your business. I know who's replacing my 40 year old boiler when the time comes.....

Service was prompt and well done. Bill installed a new a/c condenser and provided additional support for our air handler. He promised to check back when the weather is warmer to see how the system is running. His price was very reasonable and I recommend him highly.

Bill was responsive, professional, and has reasonable prices. When he visited our home to fix our boiler, he put up with me as I pestered him with questions. After speaking with him at length, it was clear to me that he does right by the customer. I would highly recommend his services.

Scheduled a quick arrival time (although they were lat for both appointments), very nice to work with, price seemed fair work seemed very good. They did not try to "upsell" me which was appreciated. The garbage from the job was left in my garage though which I found disappointing.

Very customer service oriented. Arrived not realizing it was a pool heat pump but unfazed, took a look, identified problem and returned following day - on Saturday - and repaired the pump for a very reasonable price. No upfront fee or service fee. Excellent overall experience!
