Malang Pest Control

Great service. Good Schedule.

Aaron was great- explained everything well and took care of us.

I have Malang Pest Control for over a year. Great service. Timely. Reliable.

I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience with Malang Pest Control was extremely disappointing and needs to be shared. I hired them specifically to treat for spiders, yet the service was ineffective. After their visit, we continued to find spiders inside our home, and multiple members of my family were bitten. I even took photos of the bites to show proof. When I called to discuss the issue and request a resolution, instead of listening, the representative became unprofessional and argumentative. After calmly explaining the situation, I was told I was being “rude” and “gross” simply because I mentioned the spider bites. The representative then hung up on me and threatened to send me to collections — despite the fact that the issue was never resolved and the service did not work as promised. A business should stand behind its work, maintain professionalism, and treat customers with respect — especially when dealing with health and safety concerns. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Malang Pest Control. The service failed and resulted in continued biting. I am disputing the charge and will contest any collection attempt. I am prepared to file complaints with consumer protection and small claims court.”

We got termite inspection and fumigation treatment. Aaron & Raul are the best. They are very professional and responsive. They helped and answered all questions/concerns/issues I had. They worked so hard and we are very happy with their services. I strongly recommend Malang Pest Control.

I called Malang Pest Control and spoke to Jeff who was very patient and helpful with explaining the process and prices of their services. Speaking off, they gave us the best quote out of the 3 companies I called before. After I asked him what days he is available to come by, he told me he can be at my location within 20-30 minutes, which is super fast! He arrived on time and explained everything on-site and what he was going to do to help with our ant problem. Malang Pest Control is a very reliable and customer oriented local business. I definitely recommend using them if you have any pest control.

Prompt arrival for service. Thorough explanation of treatment.

Haven t seen an ant since hiring them.

The owner himself assisted me he was very easy to communicate with and on time as well as being very accommodating. I needed him for escrow work right away and he did the work for me although I am out of town my realtor was very satisfied with the service as well as having a 30 day guarantee means a lot. I would definitely hire him again.

Prompt, professional service.

Very prompt service. Jeff arrived early and gave a complete explanation on what services he offered and what was best needed for my residence.

Friendly, try to see us on every visit to ask how well their service is solving the problem.

scheduling flexible, on time, very knowledgeable, no upselling. VERY PROFESSIONAL even for the funny name!

Great service and pricing as well as professional and polite!

They were very responsive and spent the time to decide where to put the traps for our rat problem. They will be coming back for regular maintenance, and I hope the results show us that the rats are no longer on the property! I certainly feel better, and would call them for any pest problem we might have, and I shall recommend them to my neighbors.

Jeff was very professional and pleasant. He got rid of the beehive and annoying ants in my kitchen. I will recommend this company.

Jeff is a very hands-on owner and knowledgeable.

Jeff was courteous, knowledgeable,and thorough.

Service was good. I cannot vouch for the effectiveness of the product as I have had only one service. So far the sightings of cobwebs are diminishing.

Service was good and the technician was courteous and professional.
