Malcarne Tree was excellent from start to finish. Danielle in the office is a sweat heart, kind and responsive. They answered the first ring when no one else would get back to me. John the general manager came right out gave me a reasonable price and the crew was out less then 7 days later to remove a huge hickory over hanging my home. They were excellent, efficient, and equipment was impressive. I recommend this company to everyone looking for tree removals

I am VERY pleased with my choice of JAC Land and Tree for my emergency tree removal project! From start to finish, everything went perfect for the safe, careful, and skilled removal of two large storm-damaged trees beside my house, one of which fell, got hung up in a massive 40-foot spruce tree, and partially crushed a chain link fence on its way down. Throughout the job, owner John was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with...so much so that I hired JAC on the spot. Johns estimate was thorough, detailed and arrived within hours of his visit; the pricing was extremely reasonable and fair. Best of all, John was true to his word: he gave me a firm date for the work (the next day!)...and actually showed up on time to do it! On site, John worked alongside an awesome, experienced team that has been together for many years. They methodically went about their work, everyone assigned to a different task while following a well-organized game plan. All work was delivered exactly as promised. My job was precise, thorough, clean, respectful of my property, and without hassle or problem. The entire crew was hard-working, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. I was greatly impressed by JAC s exceptionally professional and hardworking team, the quality of their work, and their skills, efficiency, knowledge, and experience with removing trees. The job of taking down and removing hazardous and rotting ash, maple, and box elder trees from my property was completed with focus and care. They came to do the work and they left each day leaving the property in good condition no sloppy work, no slacking on the job, just solid professionalism. Each job was fairly priced and John Catapano, the owner, is great to work with, and always responsive by email, phone and text. The crew arrived as expected and got right to work. It was one of those H-H-H days. The crew kept up a steady pace all day. The work was completed as John and I had discussed. John tied up a lavender bush/tree that had been slammed almost to the ground and it lookalike we won't lose it. All the debris was cleaned up, leaving our property in a fine state of care and thoughtful attention. John has a great eye for this kind of work and the tools and personnel to complete it with care.

I hired JAC to top two large spruce trees and one dead ash. They cleaned the spruce trees for me. The price was reasonable and the work performed was great. John is young but professional and communicates well. I would recommend them for your tree needs.

John and his crew were outstanding: Knowledgeable, hardworking, competent, courteous. John kept me informed of the process. There was a delay due heavy rain and he updated me. It was a 2 day job and at the end of first day he left the yard very clean. He walked through the yard at the end to make sure everything was good. They took down 14 medium sized white pines and planted shrubs as well. He seemed very concerned for the safety of his crew taking no shortcuts. He was also very courteous with my neighbors keeping them informed as well. Some have indicated if they need tree work they will likely hire JAC. His price was very reasonable.

From the quote, which was provided quickly , to the actual work, which was done with professionalism, respect for my property, and a noticeable attention to Safety! Great bunch of guys. Boss man John kept me advised every step of removing a dead 90 foot ash too near my house. they used a climber not a bucket truck. Not a scratch to my house. John and his team came prior to a storm to make sure an unsafe tree was taken down timely. They worked through the onset of the storm and we are very pleased with their effort and professionalism. They also pruned two other trees and removed scrap wood. We will have them back in the spring to prune some shrubs and look into replanting some more trees.
