Leo, the owner personally came to the house, evaluated and diagnosed the problem. We had a black stain throughout the floor and walls of the pool, which was caused by a chemical imbalance resulting in copper staining. He employed three treatments and the pool is almost up to brand new. In addition we hired him for maintenance and the pool is looking really nice. I would recommend Maldives in a heartbeat. Leo is the ultimate professional and he does what he says.
