Chris Minnich brings 40-plus years of experience and knowledge in the industry of Design/Build Construction and specialty roofing, both residential and commercial. Chris started his career in architecture, Following his service as a Commissioned Army Officer, Chris continued in the construction business. Chris has successfully completed over 2,000 handicap-accessibility projects for the U.S. Postal Service under a design/build contract. This experience has given him the understanding and ability to allow businesses to remain in operation during construction by doing the work during off-hours. On the residential side, we respond to large or small projects, whether it's a roof repair or a complete house construction.
