Malibu's Maid to Order

I recently moved out of CA and this is one of the things I miss most! Having my apartment cleaned every other week by Marybeth's team was the best decision I ever made. They are reliable, and they really got to know my spaces so that everything was done exactly how I wanted it. It was always so nice to come home to that clean feeling that can only be done by professionals. I loved that I could text Marybeth with a schedule change or if I wanted the team to focus on anything that day, it was so easy to communicate with her. Highly recommend Malibu's Maid to Order!

We have used Malibu Maids for the past few years. I really like all the services they offer. The communication when needed is great. I will continue to use them because the way they clean and their prices are always reasonable.

I am very picky about details. I finally found a service that meets my needs. Communication is also very important to me and Mary Beth Owner and her staff are exceptional in these two areas. It did not take long for them to know how I prefer things to be done and now I can just enjoy not having to worry about these issues and enjoy a very clean home.

The worker was subpar, while the owner was quite professional and personable. As first time users of this service we will request a different worker to service us.

The company sounded great at the beginning - the work was very good and we had accepted a quote for twice weekly cleanings. But we soon became concerned about the management and billing for services. Our credit card was charged in clusters with several dates combined, so that we could not tell exactly how much was being billed per cleaning. After repeated requests for an itemized bill showing the hours and the charges (the management telling us that a statement was sent and must have been lost) it became obvious that something wasn't right. By the time we stopped services with this company (approximately 6 weeks) the owner had charged our credit card almost double for the services provided. I was deceived into accepting a quote and then was charged more than agreed on. The maid work was great, but beware of the manager.
