I though they took too long.

I will be hiring them again. They do wonderful work.

Very professional, from phone call to get an estimate to taking tree down to clean up afterwards. Definitely would hire again or recommend.

They were prompt and efficient. I rated a 4 because it was a small job.

Mallard were quick to arrive and give us an estimate. Our positioning was difficult as the tree was between two houses and power lines. The crew started some trimming the next day and worked part of the next days finishing and cleaning up nicely. We were fortunate to have dry weather as the big boom truck will put some serious weight on the lawn. Very pleased with the service and recommend. Now we have a couple of stumps to figure out. Thanks Angi for the resource to needed help.

They are very cautious to not cause any more damage to your property. They are also very hard workers . .

I called right away hoping to get someone in right away. They were able to get my tree taken down right away for a great price! Highly recommend.

Only issue is that their bucket truck leaked hydrolic fluid on the driveway. Truck needs some serious maintenance.

Our backyard does not provide easy access, so they were unable to use equipment beyond a skid loader, ropes and pulleys to assist in the removal. To say the Mallard Tree Service crew is skilled at what they do would be an understatement. Rob, Casey and crew were deliberate in determining how to safely remove the trees (four total) from the house without the use of a bucket truck or crane â something other companies told us they couldnâ t do without the risk of further damage to the house. Even our insurance adjuster was impressed with the final result, and the fact no additional damage was sustained.
