Gas Piping
Lack of customer service. On two occasions date and time to meet were decided upon and both times over an hour late with no call prior. I asked for the apprentice's credentials (plumbing license) whom Robert had sent. It was old/expired. These are not ethical business practices. Beware...

Honest, and professional. They respond quickly and get the problem fixed correctly. Extremely impressed with Mallory. After 20 years I found a company that can do it all. Used Mallory plumbing for our water well which was struck by lightening. Called them and they were out the same day replacing all parts including pump and electrical switch. They did an excellent job. I will use them again and highly recommend them for any plumbing, heating or air repairs.

They are very efficient, explains everything to be done to where you understand, price given is what they charge, they don't go over, very polite and also while working cleans up messes and also puts down plastic so they aren't carrying in mud are dirt. Love these guys, their GREAT.

I had pipes freeze and needed quick help. Robert cake same day and did full repair. He was very personable polite cleaned up nicely. Repair looks great. I will call him for all my plumbing needs

pipes were frozen and he showed up within the time frame specified. He only charged for the service call and instead did minor adjustments to faucets and then gave me instructions on how to melt ice which worked immediately. I will hire him again, extremely honest and competent.
