THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDSTER!! STAY AWAY!!!
I rarely find myself writing reviews, but I feel a heavy responsibility to share my story so that no one else has to feel the way I do right now.
I reached out to this company for a simple fix: replacing a small 4-way wiring connector in my kitchen lamp. I was looking for help, but what I found instead was a series of interactions that left me feeling completely ripped off.
The Initial Cost: Before any work began, I was asked for $195 just for an "inspection."
The Lack of Care: That inspection consisted of little more than opening my fuse box, checking the voltage, and closing it again.
The Unthinkable Quote: After the fee was paid, they asked for an additional $550 to replace a tiny plastic part worth pennies.
The Refusal: When I asked if they could simply perform the repair since I had already paid nearly $200, they refused.
It hurts to work hard for your money only to see it taken in exchange for nothing.

Two of your technicians arrived to replace a wall outlet. They conducted an inspection of the basement panel boxes. Without advance warning they shut off all power to both panel boxes. Only after this complete shutdown did they come upstairs to inform me that both panels needed replacement, quoting $17,000.00 for the work. This abrupt power shutdown created a potentially dangerous situation, as my elderly mother relies on critical medical equipment, including: - Nebulizers - 24-hour medical devices While I understand the company's safety protocols, shutting off all power without first Inquiring of any medical equipment usage or notification prior to Shutoff could result in death for those dependent on electrical medical devices

I needed to fix a 3-way circuit to accommodate hands free light turn on while go up/down the stairs. Joshua was very thorough and found the problem after a thorough inspection and used professional troubleshooting techniques. He was very courteous and took time to explain what he was doing. I would definitely call this company again if I have other electrical problems.

Our project started with the installation of a range exhaust hood and the trouble-shooting of an outlet that refused to work properly. Josh took all the time needed to make sure everything was completed successfully. As part of his very thorough service, Josh examined the aging circuit breaker to make sure there were no dangerous possibilities. When he showed me the melted and discolored surfaces, I asked that the box be replaced. That work was done very promptly and extremely well. I would highly recommend Malone Electric Solutions. The man is a master at his craft and his entire staff is friendly and so good at their jobs. It is hard to find a reliable professional, but we definitely found one!

Josh is indeed the best at what he does. The whole staff was so polite and friendly. Love my new space after the lighting upgrade. Features are just fantastic. It's so amazing how the lights dramatically changes after just one push of a button. Love it so much!
