Replaced plugs and switches that weren't working

Had an emergency situation late at night when our electrical panel started acting up. They responded quickly, showed up late in the evening, and handled a full panel replacement without any issues. They stayed until everything was safe and back up and running. Cannot recommend Malone and there guys enough!

Had a really good experience with Malone Electrical Solutions, specifically working with Alex ?The Beard.? From the start, he was easy to communicate with and showed up right when he said he would, which already put him ahead of a lot of contractors I?ve dealt with.. The work itself came out great. Everything is working perfectly now, and you can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way, not just the fast way. He also cleaned up before leaving, which I appreciated more than I expected. Overall, solid experience.I?d definitely use Malone Electrical Solutions again.

There was just a GFCI that was tripped. They asked me make repairs worth over $1000. All made up for more sales. I was smart enough to figure their intentions.

Beware of Malone Electrical Solutions We hired Malone Electrical Solutions to move a 220v oven connection from the floor to the wall. Two days before the appointment, the technician came for a walkthrough. He said the job would be very simple and could be done in two days. On the day of service, he worked for about an hour before telling my wife that he could not turn the power back on because our breaker box ?needed to be replaced? and that it would cost $7,500 to fix. He also told us that if we didn?t agree to the work, we?d be left without power. We pushed back, since we had already had two electricians evaluate the home and neither mentioned this issue. After going back and forth with management, they finally restored the power. However, he then told us our oven wouldn?t work because he switched the 3-prong plug to a 4-prong?leaving us unable to use the oven. On top of that, he left our house a mess, with ceiling tiles down and debris everywhere. When the job was ?done,? he

When our small project of replacing an outlet turned out to be a worn out breaker and slight emergency, our techs remained calm, explained it in layman’s terms, and did a great job at speedily replacing it.

The absolute most unprofessional company i have ever had the displeasure of contracting. I hired them to install an electrical outlet a simple task for most companies. I was charged for a 60 estimate in which the tech came to my house and inspected both the location and the breaker box and was told there would be no problem doing the job but it would be 660 dollars. An absolute ridicuolus rate but due to our situation and needing it done we agreed as long as the job could be completed quickly and properly. An hour later a tech comes to the house to complete the task upon drilling the hole and installing the outlet I was the told they would not install it to the power grid as it would be a "catastrophic failure" and i would have to pay 8,000 dollar. The wire is now in an unuseable state and we will have to pay someone to not only fix there mistake but also the original problem. On top of all that im out 660 dollars and have a worse situation.

I needed to fix a 3-way circuit to accommodate hands free light turn on while go up/down the stairs. Joshua was very thorough and found the problem after a thorough inspection and used professional troubleshooting techniques. He was very courteous and took time to explain what he was doing. I would definitely call this company again if I have other electrical problems.

He was not very responsive and tried to upsell me for things I did not need.

Josh was excellent in preparing our outdoor lighting design and exceptional in helping to make the necessary improvements to make our lighting design absolutely wonderful. My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with our outdoor lighting.
