Duane is a great guy and really knows what he's doing. We were still working on deciding what to get and he helped us to understand the pros and cons of portable vs fixed generator, what size to get, etc. He also handled all the permits and working with PECO, etc. When we found out our PECO service wasn't large enough to handle the natural gas generator, he explained the alternatives and had a propane provider come out and quickly provide a quote. The whole process took some time as we started this process around June during the pandemic, but once the generator was actually shipped to him, he installed and completed everything very quickly and helped make sure everything worked properly and that we had no questions. My wife and I now "hope" for an outage since we know we will not have any issues.

Duane was great to work with. He immediately responded to the HomeAdvisor request as well a phone call shortly after, whereas no other company gave the personal touch. After a visit, he gave me a fair quote, which we accepted. He did warn that the pandemic and other factors impacted the availability of generators and that it could take a couple of months. In the meantime, he took care of all of the permits as well as worked with PECO on the natural gas. He kept me up to date on the status of the order and sent a note immediately when he got notice it shipped. Once the fixed generator arrived, he was at my house the next day with a great helper to do the install. It was done quickly and professionally with he and his helper following all of the COVID guidelines. Following the install, he walked me through the operation, set up the inspections, and followed up to make sure we were happy.
