Mikhail is a hard-working man. So far, he has re-roofed my garage and done it in the middle of the coldest days of winter. He is efficient in scheduling his time and always here when expected. He bears in mind the finances involved in achieving the completed project and purchases expensive items where needed and less costly when possible. I lucked out when I hired him. I have much more for him to do and I recommend him to anyone who needs a handyman or a contractor.

I needed a bathroom fan, a kitchen faucet and blinds installed. He asked a lot of good questions about the project to give me a good estimate. He was prompt, and well prepared. He came with a plan for the installation he was going to do and got right to work. We hit snags on the kitchen sprayer and the bathroom fan and he explained the option to make it work and about how it would affect the original estimate and I didn't have any problem with his solutions. He went and got the needed tools and materials. Then he got right back on it and finished up quickly. The installations were all clean and haven't hard any problems. Definitely will hire again!

Had lost 4 sections of fence due to windstorm. Timely response for estimate, date set for project beginning, done on that day. Project completed in a timely manner and with quality. I have already asked for an estimate for another project (deck). I'm very happy with worth, effort and price. A definite hire in my book. I'll definitely spread the word.
