Jim was great to work with, very responsible and knowledgeable. He was also very helpful in teaching me how to take care of my washer, dryer and other utilities in my home.

Jim was fantastic. He came out on a Sunday night to look at our washing machine, and even though it seemed that it wasn't worth fixing, he gave us options for both repair and replace. His customer service was impeccable, and his followup was on point. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy appliance professional.

Jim was so helpful and provided the highest level customer service. He is efficient, extremely knowledgable, and reasonably priced. Our washer broke on Friday and he fit us into his schedule later that evening, examined the washer, identified the problem, and came back the next morning with the necessary part. Our regular company couldn't fit us in until after Dec. 1. We will use Mamaroneck Appliance for all our appliances going forward. They are truly the best!!!

Jimmy was great in responding promptly, diagnosing and fixing the problem with a refrigerator on the fritz, and follow up the next day. All very professional and reasonable.

In addition to the response to my request being extremely quick, Jimmy showed up on time, was very professional, and fixed the problem immediately. He also tutored me on how to deal with my finicky dishwasher. He was lovely to work with and he is my new appliance man for sure. He is a gem. Came to fix indoor grill that wouldn't light after Home Inspector from Home Service Inspection in Larchmont said it was broken - The inspector for the buyer of my house did not wait long enough for it ot light ! so it wasn't broken

Underneath our freezer was icing up every couple weeks to a point where we would have to use a hammer to break it up just to close the freezer. Jimmy did a great job repairing it. His price was very fair and he knew exactly what he was doing. He even called the following day to check to make sure it was running correctly. It's been more than a month, and no problems since.

Jim was courteous,professional and the only response that was able to repair my Miele dishwasher. He repairs all high end appliances. Will recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him again.

We hired Jim to repair a leaking refrigerator in our company pantry. He was courteous, prompt and professional. He kept checking with me to make sure there was no further leaking or problems.
