"I AM VERY SORRY FOR NOT ARRIVING AT THE SET TIME. I DID CALL TO LET HIM KNOW THAT I RECEIVE A EMERGENCY CALL IN ON A REFRIGERATOR AND THE CUSTOMER HAD MEDICATIONS FOR M.S.THAT SHE WAS AFRAID WOULD GO BAD. AS PROMISED I TRY TO KEEP THAT FROM BEING A PROBLEM, AS I DO TRY TO DO THE REFRIGERATOR CALLS FIRST AS FOOD CAN'T WAIT BUT WASHERS,DRYERS,AND OTHERS CAN WITHOUT LOOSING FOOD, AND OR MONEY.."

They took my money and did not perform the repairs. I am going to court to attempt to get my money back. They lied about coming to fix my refrigerator over and over. Steer clear of this company.

The response to our service magic request for Microwave repair was fast. The technician mentioned a part that requires replacement and took cash to buy the part on Monday. He returned on Wednesday to fix the part but that didn't resolve the issue. He mentioned that it was a faulty part and he will get replacement for the part. After that, we didn't hear from him for over a week. Even after repeated calls, he didn't show up to fix the issue or return the money. There's no commitment from the technician and they don't stick to the promised timelines even after taking partial payment. I don't recommend them for your service

"OUR COMPANY INSTALLED A NEW PART ON THIS APPLIANCE, THE PART HAD A DEFECT, IT WORKS BUT THERE IS A NOISE WHEN IT IS IN USE, WE HAVE ATTEMPTED TO REPLACE IT AT NO EXTRA COST TO THE CUSTOMER, WHEN WE HAVE TRIED TO GO OUT TO REPLACE IT THEY SAID THEY HAVE BEEN BUSY WITH HOLIDAY PARTY'S AND WERE NOT AVAILABLE. I HAVE ALWAYS KEPT IN TOUCH WITH THIS CUSTOMER. AND WILL RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM AT HIS EARLIEST CONVENIENCE."

Mamy Rena's called me immediately. I got some over the phone ideas about prices, then I spoke with the two other appliance repair companies suggested by ServiceMagic and decided to give Mamy Rena's a try. They were in the area and came within the hour and looked over my washer. It needed two new belts and a new spring. The next day the repairman came with the parts and installed them. With the ServiceMagic 10% discount add plus an additional 10% by paying cash, it cost me $ 120 parts and labor. I'll call this company again if I have problems.

Darryl was very freindly and honest with me about my appliance that needed repair. Although I chose not to have him repair the washer he did repair my oven. I felt the price was fair and he did the job. He completed the job in a timely manner and was very courteous. I am glad that I chose his company.
