As professional long-time experienced technicians, we understand the multiple possible issues from different components of the refrigerator that can cause it to overheat however as it is normally required to do an in-person diagnostic before rendering a solution for there is no way..."
"You were fully advised of the cost of diagnosis and had the opportunity to deny our services, however, you accepted. You live 45 minutes away from our general location, which means this would consist of 90mins travel time plus the 1-hour minimum for inspecting your appliance. Also, keep in mind we pick up your parts 25 minutes away from our store location. We strongly believe our rates are reasonable based on time of labor, travel, and part pick up. We apologize for any inconvenience that our company may have caused you and we suggest you find someone who may be able to satisfy your needs Also keep in mind that you paid $70 in cash, not $80 to our technicians."
"thank you for your review however you were fully advised of the time and money it will cost to do a full repair and fully warned if any issues were to occur we would do our best to resolve which we made six unpaid trips to your home. After each attempt to repair the machine, it work fine after the technician left the house on each repair the technician received a call or text a day or two right after that your Appliance failed on each repair but the technician made sure the heat work as well as the appliance was spinning before he left and confirmed it with the responsible party on this site. we firmly believe that the client is attempting"
