Rick knew what the problem was after a short discussion on the phone. He ordered the part and came by on Feb. 8 to install it. Fine job! He also cleaned and tuned the unite. I will call Rick if I have anymore problems with my generator.

Rick is a wonderful person to work with. He went out of his way to make sure that our generator would be working with the huge snow storm coming. He came to finish the job at eight o'clock in the evening right before the storm. No extra fees !!!!! He is very polite and never do you feel that he is not being honest about what he is doing and the charges. I will have him back out here when we do some remodeling and would recommend him to every one we know. Keep up the great work Rick !!!!!
