The job was to put in a bathroom door and paint it. The original door opened in, I wanted the door to open out. The frame was metal. As I just had my bathroom done, he guaranteed me that he would not break any tile and said would only take 2 days. We went to a known hardware store to purchase all that he needed, including a paint roller to paint the new door when done. He took the entire doorframe out (I was told by the contractor that he did not have to do that). I covered floors and he dropped all the wood on part of the floor that was not covered. Thank goodness no damage. He broke 4 tiles in my bathroom (1-floor tile and 3 wall tiles). He tried to redo tiles and when he cut the tiles he did it in my bathroom; not on my terrace and it took me 4 hours to clean up the mess after he left. He then tells me that it would be another $100 for him to paint the door. What?! That was supposed to be included which is why he had me purchase the paint roller! Disgusted, I said I will paint it myself. He also used the wrong stuff to lay the new tiles and my floor tiles were moving and squishy after 36 hours. He then said I had to stay off tile for 72 hours. Unheard of! I had to call my tile guy and have him redo tiles for $300. My tile guy said what Mancini used to lay my tile was incorrect. After my tile guy fixed my floor/wall tiles, I only had to wait overnight and tiles were all set. Most workers bring either sheets of paper to cover your floors or protect your furniture, he brought nothing. Did not seem to care. Workers should clean up after themselves; he only cleaned his stuff. Mancini was a very nice guy but very inexperienced and messy. Though the door came out very nice, I believe this job was over his head. Took him 4 days. Also did not account for swelling in humidity, the door would not close. Update:8-18-2020 In response to Mancinis statement: You knew it was a metal frame. If you were in doubt as to how to remove it, you should have declined the job! You also had me purchase a paint roller and paint brush on the first day as you told me you would paint the door too. You never brought my purchase of those items into my home and I had to ask you to give them to me after you decided to charge me for the paint job. You did not sand the door frame properly so now it doesnt close when it is humid out. You should have known better. I have a friend who will fix that for me. I believe when you realized the job was over your head, you didnt care and just wanted to get it over with. Why did you bring wood with nails in it (used?) into my home - I purchased new wood frames.
Response from Mancini's Handyman
"The original quote was for a standard-sized wooden door frame, that did not include removing a metal frame, cutting the door jamb, cutting the door, cutting the tile on one side so the new frame would fit, and mounting the door to a metal track. I used thin-set Which can be used to place tile. You cannot change the swing of a door without it looking like Frankensteins' door unless you want that. The type of metal Door Frame that you had was screwed in under the tile, I did tell you no tiles were going to brake but. Had trouble getting the frame out, you said multiple times that you are painting the door so I do not know what you are so disgus"

I requested they call before going, he did, my mom thought it was another company, he did not tell my elderly mom the charge to hang two small clip in blinds and to her shock he charged her 80.00 and he was there a total of 15 minutes. Next time she will buy curtains. Installation cost way more then the price of two blinds. No thank you Work was ok
Response from Mancini's Handyman
"We apologize for this but every lead we receive we have to pay for so there has to be a minimum rate, this job for example cost us $38 to just get your phone number whether we get the job or not, the quality of our work is always A+++ not sure what the reason is to be sour, if it is a problem we will GLADLY send a HANDYMAN out to take down your blinds and refund your money in full, please call 347-309-1520 if you would like to schedule."
