Very attractive and personable young couple. Arrived 11/2 hours late. They did call slightly after the appointment time, and stated that they were having traffic problems. I left a check and went out. The bathtub was still dirty, mirrors were smeared, the base and behind seat of toilets were not touched. I raked dirt and dust from under consoles and tables with my hands. Most articles were sitting in a circle of dust. There were still spots on the kitchen floor. Washer and dryer were not even dusted. My kitchen was fairly clean when I left. It was absolutely the same when I returned.
