We are a locally owned and women operated company with years of industry experience. We pride ourselves on providing a one stop experience for all your construction needs.. Not only are we a full service construction company, we also provide universal design for those that want to age in place. We are dealers for several lift companies and can sell, install and service almost any brand of vertical, pool, auto and stair platform lifts. We also build ramps in metal, wood and concrete. We can create a beautiful safe and accessible bathroom. We look forward to building lasting relationships with our clients and guarantee your satisfaction! Please note we have a Veterans Administration Builder ID and work with both HISA and SAH grants.

From the design phase to installation, the work that was done was not only professional but each step was completed perfectly. The owner Denise and her staff are exceptional. In addition, each day they finished working, they always cleaned up after themselves. A highly recommended company.

I hired M & D Enterprises of FL, Inc. to install a wheelchair ramp at my parents mobile home. The hire was almost last minute due to my parents changing arrival time. At the same time, I was updating the flooring which revealed major issues with the sub-floor that had to be repaired. Denise and Bill were able to rearrange their construction schedule in order to accommodate everything getting done before my parents arrival. I know for sure that any major box store would not have been so willing to work with us to ensure the project was completed before my parents arrival. They did a wonderful job at communicating the status of the project, the reasons certain things were being done and how they were done. They were attentive and professional, and mostly human. It was a very refreshing experience working with a contractor. The wheelchair ramp was installed properly and the sub-floor repair top of the line. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for quality work done by professionals who understand the importance of your request.

This company is just amazing. Denise, Arlene, Matt and Michael are the best people to work with. I had trouble seeing the end results and Denise an Matt are beyond words for the effort they put forth to help me understand. What I started out wanting and what we finished with was not the same, but it was the best for us and value for our money was even better. I have heard so many horror stories about other people experiences, but I am glad I took the chance with M&D Enterprises. The work doesn't just stop when the immediate project is done, Denise has a schedule for me that she will be coming to check the ramp until next February. I will definitely call this company for any other projects I need. This mother and daughter company is all about helping people to become comfortable in their own home with things that can make your life easier. Call them and just give yourself a chance at getting the job you need done right.
