Refrigeration System Service
Service was very prompt. In fact, same morning that I contacted Servicemagic. M&M solved the problem and kept me in the loop the entire time. The price was affordable and WELL worth it. I am using M&M Air Conditioning from now on.

Despite the fact that it was a Sunday, I got service fairly quickly; he was knowledgeable and excellent at accomplishing his task. Even though it was an off day, the price was not death-defying. IF I am required to use an air-conditioning service again, I will MOST definitely call them.

The work was done fast, the repairman wasvery knowledgeable and informative. He anwsered all my question and I felt like I made the right decision. The installers were 45 mins late. They did call and tell me they were going to be late. The work was done fast. No one told me what AC brand I was getting or why they installed the brand they did. "Payne" is not even listed on this here as a brand they use. Hmm I dont the AC unit is a lot louder on startup and overall running then my 1998 unit that was replaced. It's an issue becuase the unit is right outside my bedroom window. But hey the temp went up to 106 the following day so glad I got it.

He was very friendly and courteous, serviced the unit, and made sure it was going to run properly. His fee was very reasonable, and we were very glad he was able to come out on a same day service call. Others were making us wait until the next day, his promptness was greatly appreciated. We would call him back again for service and general maintenance on the unit.

M&M was at the house when promised, did a thorough job of checking out the air conditioning unit until they found the problem. This problem had been occurring every year at the start of air conditioning season.
