M&M Appliance Repair

Hired them to fix dishwasher.Took them 2 times to come back with correct part. They did repair and said it may need the control board replaced too. A few weeks later the problem was back. I called and left several messages and they never returned my call.

i had appliance repair in October of 2014 . I got a new timer for $314.31 the machine stopped working again last week .. At that time I called , then called 2 other times and got no t=return phone call........ The original repair was done in a timely manner and Mike was very helpful and and anwered our questions re the repair. Not getting back to me is NOT the way to do business....... A repair bill over three hundred dollars should at least warrent a return phone call .

He called shortly after I submitted the request and gave me an idea of what the problems could be over the phone and the price ranges for those, if my description of the problem was accurate. (He gave the it might be something different disclaimer as well) He showed up that evening to take a look and before the end of the night the freezer was running at 0 degrees again and the price was in the range he quoted me. I can't think of a way to have made the service better. He was polite, efficient, and on time.

Was not able to repair my dishwasher. Promised to return the $60 service however did not. Would not do business or recommend business with this service provider.

Mike, was professional and was able to help diagnose why our gas oven was not igniting right away. We definately reccommend his services should you need applicance repair. We will call upon him again.

The technician (owner) was prompt for the service. Made the intitial repair and discovered an additional repair was needed but could not perform until the next day. Unfortunately while waiting for his return the coils left leaning inside the freezer burnt my interior. He repaired the freezer. Initiated the repair to the inside (burn). Stated he would return to follow up work and complete burn repair. I paid the discounted bill (had to ask for discount due to damage). Tech never returned for follow up as he mentioned he would. Very disappointed as I was ready to provide a great review.

Mike diagnosed the problem with my dryer and did an excellent repair at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Even thou he arrived late, he did call and informed me that he was going to be late, but the project was completed quickly and efficientlly.

( I wrote 4 separate great reviews for this company but each time I finished all my comments were missing ???) M & M appliance repair fixed my problem. Mike diagnosed the problem in minutes and fixed my refrigerator / freezer. He saved me hundreds with his repair. I hired two other companies who came out and all they did was charge me for two house call and recommend a new compressor and new evaporator. Mike had the tools and gauges to check the system and found a pin hole leak in my evaporator coils. I will call Mike for my next appliance repair and refer my family and friends to him also. He had fair prices.

Mike was very courteous he called before coming, very flexible with his time and he knew what the issue was with my appliance right away and went to work.
