Repaired a leaking drain line . Had to access piping by opening up ceiling and wall, which involved drywall repair. Completed work was of high quality and the cleanup was very thorough. Hired them because of their previous quality work on a bathroom remodel for us.

Contractor Mark refuses tocomplete and fix non functional shower spout and non functional fan and caulk to water seal tub and toilet as per plumbing codes. Also, non English speaking electrician refused to leave our house and asked my son for $ otherwise he refused to leave. My husband came home early from work to pay electrician additional money over contractor fees so he would leave. And we still have a non functional fan !Both me and my husband were working and contractor was MIA. Run don t walk from this contractor .
Response from Company:
M&M Construction Specialist started 2/12/20. Prior to starting the job, the homeowner called many times wanting to change the plumbing items that were to be provided. We provided costs but the customer said these items were too much money and she would purchase. During the rough plumbing work, the homeowner decided to change the chrome toilet shut off valve to oil-rubbed bronze. Our plumber attempted to install 2/13/20 but could not because it was the wrong size valve. Our plumber could have made it work, but the homeowner decided that she wanted to purchase the correct part to keep the labor price down. We informed her that if the plumber has to come back to install, then there would be additional cost. We require all homeowner-purchased material to be ready before we start. The homeowner purchased a Kohler diverter/tub spout/trim. It was installed by our plumber, but the tub spout was leaking water. We told the customer that since she purchased and provided the part, she needed to resolve the issue with Kohler. We also told her for the plumber to come back and install it, it would be an additional cost. If M&M provides a part that does not work, we warranty items we provide and replace it for no cost but not items purchased and provided by the homeowner. The electrician came 2/26/20. The contract included installation of a light in the shower, but they decided against that during the construction phase. Instead, they wanted a new fan/light combo, to replace the existing. M&M's project manager was there on site to discuss what was to be done. The homeowner also spoke to the electrician and had him do other projects in the home, not related to the contract. The homeowners did not tell M&M that they wanted other electric items in the house looked at. Thus the electrician was requesting payment, because it was not done under the auspices of M&M. Much of the punch list was completed on 2/27/20. There is an outstanding payment due for the completion of the painting totaling $600. The customer refuses to pay the progress. M&M has told the customer numerous times via email that we would be happy to come back and look at any items that the customer feels is not correct, but the payment must be made. There is still a final payment, which accounts for these loose ends at the end of the project and any remaining punch list items. It is clear that the customer does not want to pay for work that was completed. On 3/4/20 we removed grout from around the toilet and tub and installed caulk. It took us less than 5 minutes and we used a grout removal tool. It would have taken less if the homeowner didn't inspect, take photos, and then send them to her husband to get approval. The toilet was completed and we also could have installed the caulk at the tub but the homeowner had to leave by noon and the time waiting for her husband's approval meant our time was up. The homeowner followed the project manager to his vehicle asking multiple times when he would be back. In that time, the caulking could have been completed. The project manager called the homeowner on the morning of 3/6/20 about 10:20 am to respond to a voicemail. The customer said that our company asked too many times for payment. According to the contract, payment for invoiced items are to be paid within 48 hours. The contract has a payment schedule. It was a struggle to get the homeowner to pay each time. The office sent multiple requests because the invoice wasn't paid in a timely manner. The customer has sent M&M 69 emails and our office has sent 80. Our project manager received about 70 text messages. M&M has responded to customer questions throughout the project and made every accommodation.

I was very pleased that I chose M&M to replace my roof. Mark was very knowledgeable and was very accommodating when I mentioned I was selling my house and didn't necessarily need top of the line material. He provided me with multiple quotes to choose from and did not pressure me to pick the best. The leaders and gutters were also replaced and all was done very nicely and quickly and no debris was left around my property. Plus all new plywood was put down which I needed. My roof and gutters look beautiful. Also, Tom, the office manager was very helpful and both he and Mark were very professional, pleasant and friendly to work with. I highly recommend this company.

M & M Construction Specialist did a great job with a complete renovation and remodel of my bathroom after I discovered a leak. Mark provided a very detailed proposal and explained the structural issues with my plumbing. The workers were professional and neat, did quality work, and dealt well with the plumbing surprises and challenges of my house. I was very happy with the finished product and the process overall.

M&M Construction did a great job on my bathroom. I just wanted it to have a small upgrade. They tore out the old shower and installed a new tub/shower combo. I also had them install new tile flooring and a sink I really like.

My house needed a new roof, gutters, gutter screens, and repair to a section of the siding and the underlying framing and sheathing. My initial contact with M&M Construction Specialist went very well. Mark came to my house, discussed my needs and, took measurements. In two days he presented a detailed proposal specifying the scope of work. The proposal was very well put together and pricing was competitive. As Mark promised, the job started within a week. The work crew came on-time every day and they were friendly and extremely competent. After the job was completed the crew cleaned up all of the old materials and left my property in the same condition as it was before the job started. Best of all, my house looks much better with a brand new roof and siding repairs. M&M did a great job. I would use them again and highly recommend their services to anyone needing a quality job.

The construction workers were very nice and on time everyday that they were scheduled to work. The work was done to my expectation and I was very happy. The only problem we had was with the people in the office, they were not very accommodating and really need to work on there customer service skills.

First and foremost, M&M Construction Specialist did a great job. Everything with my mother’s bathroom turned out really well. They were punctual, friendly, and professional. The job moved along very quickly. My project manager went above and beyond the scope and agreement that we originally had. He helped me pick materials to compliment the overall look of the bathroom. The pricing was competitive. They followed up a day after completion to clean and help move furniture back to their original places. I am very happy with the job. We’ve already recommended you to other people!
