Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
We had several rooms with sagging, cracking plaster ceilings and not enough lighting. We also had one bedroom that had a huge chunk of damaged plaster in the ceiling from an old leak. We contracted with M&M to redo these three ceilings. When they opened the ceilings downstairs, they found that the reason for the sagging ceilings was because of some old construction that left the upper floors without enough support. The project turned into a much bigger deal than we originally expected, and M&M handled it all beautifully. The put in new supports, made the house safer, repaired everything, and now our ceilings are beautiful.

We recently hired M&M Construction to modify our kitchen island, converting a set of drawers into a seating area for barstools. And we couldn’t be happier with the results. Weâ  re completely satisfied with M and M Construction Specialist. Their estimate was accurate and detailed to our specific request. Every appointment was on time. The crew was polite and worked hard to complete our roof in one day. They made the necessary repairs that were needed to ensure the roofâ  s integrity. They also completed some additional exterior carpentry work that we had been putting off. The clean-up was immaculate. Weâ  ve received many compliments from our neighbors on our new roof!

We had a leak in our ceiling from the floor above caused by another contractor and we called M&M to help. They came out the very next day to asses the damage and start the work. This is the second time we've used M&M for a project in our home and I will continue to use them for future projects. Their communication is great and a project manager comes by the house every day to ensure the project is moving along in a timely fashion. They are always considerate in our home. Highly recommend!
