Main reason for going with M&M was that they were very reasonably priced and easy to work with. They updated a bathroom which included removing and replacing everything. Also painted room and installed new flooring (but did not remove old flooring first which I would have preferred). The majority of the work was subcontracted so there were several different workers in and out of our house. Would have preferred the owners to do more of the work. Overall mostly satisfied with end result.

They did the demolition of the kitchen which included removing and storing all of the cabinets, removal of an old chimney and removal of old plaster and lathe walls and tile flooring.
