M & M Floor Services, LLC

We hired M&M Floor Services (Mario and team) two weeks ago. They did a terrific job restoring (fixing, sanding and painting) our hardwood floor. They also did a fantastic job redesigning the stairs and stair railing. I highly recommend this contractor for the excellent and cost effective flooring services they delivered. Great job Mario!

Great local family owned business. Hard working team that works fast and knows what they are doing. Very friendly too. Very impressed by their responsiveness, flexible scheduling and affordability. All that and quality too.

They removed the carpet and installed 540 sq/f of a laminate floor in 2 days. Their staff is friendly. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again.

Very responsive and were able to work around my schedule. Mario and Julio were prompt and did a very impressive job removing tile that had covered up hardwoods and had been installed using a ton of black adhesive that was really hard to remove. They removed and hauled away all the old tile, sanded down the floors, and then refinished them. They look great, especially considering what had been on top of them! I have a few more door jobs planned for the future and will definitely call Mario and his team again.

Mario and his team did a great job installing new wood flooring. They are very professional and knowledgeable about wood floors. They did a perfect job in matching the new flooring with what was already in my home. It should also be noted that they use quality wood. Nice family business p.

The finished product was an improvement over what I had but it was not a high quality job: 1. stairs were coated only once and not sanded with a final level sanding has to call them back to finish the job which they did; 2. the main main job was not as smooth as I expected it lacked smoothness. It was as if only one pass was made with the sander and not a finished pass at a finer level sanding. The finish coating had patches of thickness and fine bubbles. It needed buffing. I wanted my second floor done but since the first floor was a disappointment, I did the second floor myself by just cleaning and refinishing with a new coat. He did the stairs and said the paint spots would be out but he only coated over what I had. There was a language barrier as I speak only English. I first met the son and mother and the agreement I had with them was changed when the husband came in a day later with a prepared contract. I will not use them again. They are very nice people but the job done was not at the professional level I was expecting according to what I paid.

Working with the M&M team was very easy. They quickly responded to my messages and provided a very competitive for refinishing my hardwood floors. They sampled multiple stain colors to help me choose the best one for the space. All crew members were respectful of my home and always asked for my feedback when decisions needed to be made. They were also able to accomodate extra requests like hauling away the old carpet, and replacing an awkward set of stairs to match the floors. I highly recommend using Mario & Martha for your flooring needs.

Final product was exactly what I wanted. I only speak English os language was a bit of a barrier. We worked thru that, got on the same page, job was spot on.

They did a wonderful job! I had some difficult stains on my kitchen floor that no one would touch and they got the floor clean and didn t charge me an arm and a leg. I would hire them again!

My floor was badly stained as a result of our blind, deaf dog. I truly could not believe the amazing job that they did upon refinishing the floor. They were thorough in every aspect -- from the removal of furniture, covering it up during the procedure to replacing it in its former position. I am pleased with the workmanship beyond measure. We cam to an agreement with M & M Floor Services and set a date. They didn't show up;my husband took a day of leave to be at home. We called and they said they were on their way. We initially agreed they would start at 8;00 and they got here at 12:30 then had a bogus reason why they couldn't do the work that day.Two People showed up and there was a language barrier. We rescheduled with them and the day before we reached out to confirm, but got no response. We made other plans for the day and they made contact with us that they were at our house. This company has poor communication and lacks professionalism. Choose another company.

Mario Baires, the owner of M and M Floor Services, recently provided me with services in my home. This was the most pleasant experience from start to finish. The first thing that is clear is that Mario is extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled in wood flooring. When he came to my home, he was immediately able to tell me what the issue was. The repairs were done efficiently, The new floor was installed efficiently, and the work was impeccable. Mario kept me abreast of his progress and explained to me what the next steps would be. The finished work was flawless and the rooms were thoroughly cleaned. I have found Mario to be straightforward in his approach to his work. It is clear that he takes great pride in his work. In addition, he was punctual and as he explained every step of the work performed, he also provided me with a timeline which he kept. Again this was truly most impressive work. I have no reservation about recommending M and M Floor Services highly.

This guy is the best. His work is impeccable, price is more than reasonable, and he's dependable. To get all of the qualities in a single contractor is unheard of. I am 100% satisfied. I will be hiring him again and recommend him to anyone in need of flooring services.
