Still in the process of trying to determine if there is a major issue since the furnace is working efficiently for the past two weeks. probably will do a major maintenance and cleaning in the spring if unit is still operating effectively.

M & M Heating/Cooling was great. My air-conditioning stopped working on one of the hottest days so far this year. I put my request into home advisor on Saturday at about 7:00pm. I received a call from M&M within minutes and we scheduled an appointment for 9:30 am on Sunday. They showed up on time and within a half hour my air conditioning was working. The price was very reasonable and there have been no problems since. I highly recommend M&M and I thank them for their prompt and courteous service.

Needed to replace two condensers last summer. Had at least six companies come out to determine what work needed to be done. Newer units with R410a refrigerant (no more R22) also required the installation of new evaporator coils in the furnaces. One of the furnaces up in the attic was very tight with little room to work. The work would be somewhat difficult and complicated, and that probably resulted in half the companies never getting back to us with estimates. And the other estimates were extremely high. Our contractor friend Bill M. recommended M and M Heating and Cooling, and boy did Morris do a great job at a very reasonable price. And he started the job in a couple of days (Other companies would not have started for weeks. I know it was the summer.). And Morris was super neat and you could see his attention to detail. Anyway, let him give you an estimate. You have nothing to lose and you will be very happy and satisfied.

Morris was quick to respond and called me when he evaluated the problem (which was electrical). He returned after the electrician fixed the air conditioning. He checked everything over , made sure the refrigerant was at the proper level and not leaking. He then called me to let me know everything was A-OK. I would absolutely use him again
