UPDATE: Dustin came out today to help with another problem. Living by the green belt is no joke! Dustin was polite, professional and made me laugh in the middle of a scary situation. I ❤️ this company! Michael from M&M was amazing. I was scared to death and he calmed me down and took great care of me. He answered all of my questions no matter how many times or ways I asked them. I highly recommend!

We had some issues with squirrels getting into our attic. Kobe and the team at M&M Pest were very professional during the inspection, quote, treatment, and follow-up. We really appreciate their flexibility and communication with scheduling. Will be using them again in the future.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We had a bee problem, I submitted an inquiry, received a phone call from Mike within minutes. In that couple minute phone call, he confirmed he could help me with my bee problem and could come out same day. When they arrived, Mike explained that the bees were a hybrid breed that can be very aggressive and definitely not honey bees, like we thought they were. Overall, Mike and his partner (I didn't get his name) were very professional and courteous, especially by giving my neighbors, that had already been stung, a heads up that they were taking care of the bees. Will definitely recommend to anyone that I know, who is looking for pest control and removal!!

HORRIBLE COMPANY & CUSTOMER SERVICE. They took $400 in Feb and didn?t honor their ?3-month treatment guarantee,? then refused service by April. They missed scheduled appointments?unacceptable for an Airbnb. After two treatments (about 14 days apart), roach activity didn?t improve. A guest identified them as German roaches, which require specific treatment. When I raised concerns, they offered more frequent visits at $99?fine. They came once more, said they used stronger treatment, still no change. I added my own traps and baits. When I followed up to reschedule, I learned they chose to stop servicing us?claiming an invoice wasn?t paid same day. They had come late, and my dad (who pays) had just had hip surgery. The bill was nearly double, not $99. They charge a $75 same-day late fee. Though waived, they later used it against us to drop service. Check Better Business Bureau complaints before hiring.

M&M Pest and WIldlife came to remove squirrels and seal house entry points. They use a spray foam where the squirrels ate through and returned. They had to came back to resolve the squirrel issue and said I now had a raccoon and would cost more and treat the same entry points I paid for w/o completing the squirrel issue. I had a one yr. contract and customer guarantee. The owner, Michael Ysasaga, told me to see an attorney. I won a Breach of Contract against this company on 11/5/2025. The address they use in Plano is bogus is a UPS store. This is the worst pest control company in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth areas.

I used them 2 years ago, and was glad I still had their number. They removed a critter from my attic. They came when promised and also did on time follow up. Very friendly and professional. I'd highly recommend.

There is no office, only a storage door at a strip mall. They only like to communicate by text. Mike will get VERY angry with you if you complain. I paid for a five year PEST CONTROL PLAN. Less than a year later, I had ants again. I was told that my previous treatment was for carpenter ants and other species were not covered. They will cheat you. Fins another company.

Had a fly infestation in both front and back yards. Couldn't sit outside. Hired M&M Pest to spray for flies and within a few hours all but a few remained. It's been 3 days and still no flies. Highly recommend M&M.

Brenden far exceeded our expectations! The level of service he provided was top-notch! He arrived on time, explained the treatment he would be providing to rid the area of our bee infestation. He took extra care of our property throughout each phase of treatment from start to finish! He was extremely patient, answered all of our questions, and professionally addressed every one of our concerns. We are completely satisfied with the service received. To top everything off the owner (I believe) called later that same day to ensure we were satisfied with our service. Talk about excellent customer service. M&M Pest & Wildlife Control has restored some of my confidence in the service industry and has earned my business for any and all future pest control needs. BRAVO ZULU!!!!!! My two little chihuahuas was going crazy over a corner behind shelf in our computer room. First i thought was a rat but with flashlight saw a small opossum. Not all pest control take that type of job. I called Wildlife Control and they transferred to M&M pest control in Plano. Mike was very patient while I told him my situation. He gave me a very reasonible quote and Mike and Irving came out the next day. Not only did I have a momma opossum she had 5 little babies attached. I wanted to make sure of their fate and was told they would go to live at a reserve that Wildlife Control has. I would recommend this company to any one for any service.

Came in reviewed Fire ant nest locations then got right to treating the problem, was wild had fire ants pouring out of the garage wall. Happily looking forward to a fire ant free back yard.
