They tried to fix original hardware, but we needed to buy new hardware. The first person came out and worked very hard to try to fix without buying new. I set up another appointment with the owner of M&M and they did not show up. I called and spoke with owner. They did not show up again. I called three times and they did not call me back. I hired another company and while the door was being fixed, the owner called and wanted to come out that day. Unreliable company
