Lucy is a very sweet lady and her prices are fair, but she botched up my blinds that were originally installed incorrectly. She cut them and then realized she could have raised the frame but did not want to drill any more holes in the wall. She replaced the pull strings and the top slide but they still don't work and now are too short for someone else to come raise them. Also on of the windows the blinds are cut crooked. She was reasonable ($60 for three hours including the new parts) but not only will I now have to replace these blinds (They neither open nor slide across without lifting the top frame) that have a very unique pattern because these are too short for another professional to come repair them correctly. I am very sad about this as I cannot find this pattern anywhere and it matches my tile. If you had a simple project, I am sure she would be fine but I am beyond disappointed as now we will have to spend hundreds of dollars to find similar blinds..
