Working with M&T was a complete disaster financially and emotionally for our family having a new born son on our hands and me going through exhausting cancer treatment. They broke all promises they gave us. Started the construction building for their own convenience completely different building than what we've asked for and what was approved by County. In 8 month abandoned the project by 75 % completeness. Did not finished in a year when construction loan has expired. Wasted another 3 months trough the loan extension. wasted second and final extension of the loan. A year and a half later we had to declare Breach of Contract by M&T Builders and take them to Court.
