Kevin Mandala did an outstanding job. He repaired two holes in my dining room ceiling which had been caused by a plumbing mishap. He also repainted the ceiling. He took no shortcuts. He applied three layers of plaster and two coats of paint. Just as he promised, I could not tell that the ceiling had ever been damaged. His price was very reasonable compared to the one other estimate I got which was almost 40% higher. Kevin is a star in my book (make that 5 stars)!

We hired Mandala Construction, Kevin, to build us a deck on the back of our Clinton Twp home. Kevin redesigned the steps and enlarged the walk area. The deck is absolutely beautiful and so much more functional. We love it! Thanks to Kevin and his partner for showing up on time, working hard , and cleaning up at the end of each day. Kevin did an outstanding job on the installation of the drywall in our basement. He installed the drywall on the walls and the ceiling for the entire basement and the quality was top notch. He communicated when he was going going to start and when he expected to finish and he was right on the mark. I would highly recommend Mandala Construction as the workmanship is outstanding. When Kevin finished the walls we’re ready to prime and paint.

Did a great job! Very profesional, worked efficiently, and even cleaned up after himself when he was done. Would use him again in a heart beat! I'm moving out of state and even asked him if he'd come to my new home to do some drywall work for me. Another family member is trying to get him to agree to rebuild their deck at their cottage and combine it with some R &R, they'd let him sleep at there place and would feed him!

We met with Kevin He quoted a price and we thought he was the first company to give us a realistic quote. Other companies came out and turned this project into a major job in the $1,000's. He and another guy came out,worked timely and we were very satisfied. We had 3 very different quotes from 3 drywall people. . Do not say yes till you let kevin give you a no-nonsense quote!

Mandala (Kevin) was great to work with and delivered excellent workmanship. Last year, he replaced drywall and finished it in my basement. Very nice job. I painted it myself and you would never know work had been done. This year, he finished my 3 car garage, making it ready for paint. Again, very professional work and I canâ t say enough about the workmanship. Iâ ll have someone else paint this time but Iâ m certain that once it is done, it will turn out as well as my basement did. Finally, he let me know what to expect each day from start to finish with respect to time on the job to how he would protect the floor while work was being done.

Kevin from Mandal Construction was great from the first interaction with getting a quote to finalizing the project. He showed up when he said he would and finished based on the timeline we discussed. If you are looking to get any drywall and framing work done he is definitely your guy! He did an amazing job building out our soffit, repairing and adding drywall. They took the time to cover our floors and countertops and clean up after they were done each day which was helpful with our 1 year old running around. Overall outstanding experience!

He works by himself. Does great work. Came back out to redo work from the bathroom and fixed dents and scratches that were not his fault. Amazing person, happy with the work, did a wonderful job.
